Position: Executive Director, The Blue Room Theatre

An exciting and challenging leadership role in the performing arts sector.

The Blue Room Theatre is a unique performance hub that provides facilities, support and resources for performing artists to collaborate, exchange ideas, take risks and produce new work.

We are searching for a dynamic Executive Director to implement the organisation's new business plan and strategic framework.

The Executive Director’s role is to:
- Realise the strategic plan and assist the organisation to achieve its vision, purpose and goals
- Ensure the sound management of the organisation and its venue
- Identify and secure financial resources to develop existing and new programs.

Potential candidates will have strong management and programming experience in the performing arts industry.
